| Jewellery |
The jewellery comes packaged in our Treeline boxes. The cost of post & packing is £6, which ensures that the item is insured and it should be delivered the next day after posting (special delivery).

| Necklaces & pendants |
|
All necklaces and pendants are 16 inches long, unless stated otherwise. If you require a different length, contact us by phone or e-mail. We can usually change the length of a chain, or we can order a necklace of a different length.

| Bangles, bracelets & watches |
|
You will probably need to contact us before ordering, to find out the size of the bracelet / bangle / watch we have in stock. If you require a different size, we should be able to order it. The watches you would have to order to the nearest 1cm.

| Rings |
|
When ordering a ring, you must state the size of the ring you want. We measure from the leading edge of the ring, not the middle. If you put a ring on a ring measuring stick, measure the size from the edge of the ring.
|
| Timing |
|
If the item is in stock, you should receive it in a few days. If it is out of stock, or you require a particular size, then it may take anything from 1 week to 5 weeks, depending on the jeweller concerned and the time of year. On average, it would take about 3 weeks.

| Other options |
|
If you require matching earings or bracelets, contact us.
Most of our jewellery is made by independent jewellers, so if you would like the piece in a different metal, or with a different stone, contact us for a quote.

| Craft Items |
|
We can post craft items, such as pieces of glass or ceramics. We send Special Delivery, which should arrive next day & insures the item. The cost depends on the overall weight of the parcel.
£5.00 up to 500g
£7.00, from 500g to 1kg
£9.00, from 1kg to 2kg
£21, from 2kg to 10kg.

| Furniture |
|
You may purchase furniture directly from the gallery upstairs, but we only tend to stock smaller pieces, as examples of the various timbers that can be used & also the high quality of our craftsmanship. Examples of our work can also be seen in all the tables in the eatery & the display cabinets in the shop & gallery.
Most customers prefer to commission a piece of furniture, made to their specific requirements. To discuss this, including the estimated cost, please contact:
